Pet Friendly Rental Properties

Pets are only permitted in those units specifically noted as "Pet Friendly." There is an additional $10 per pet added to the housekeeping charge, if you bring a pet. If you book the reservation yourself, please let us know about your pet in the comment section.

Currently the only units that allow pets are:

Condos

Pets should not be left alone during the day in any of the pet friendly units, unless crated. Do not let your pet on the furniture. Evidence of pets in un-authorized units is a minimum charge of $300.

Pets are not permitted at the Bear Valley Mountain Resort. Bear Valley Cross Country may have limited trails open to pets. Please contact them at 209-753-2834. All of the local hiking and mountain biking trails allow pets. Dogs are not permitted on Bear Valley beaches or in Bear Lake. They are allowed in all other local lakes including Lake Alpine, Utica, and Spicer Reservoir and Mosquito Lake.
